After the success of the 2019 project where 6 people were inserted into the autism spectrum, Procter & Gamble (P&G) wants to expand its workforce in 2020.
The important multinational consumer goods company once again collaborates with Specialisterne for the selection, evaluation and training of the people who will be able to apply for a job within this company.
Therefore, in January 2020 a training will be carried out that will consist of 4 weeks of training and evaluation of technical and socio-labor competencies, preceded by 1 week where the selection of the candidates that best fit the needs of this great entity will be made.
The estimated dates for the project are: From December 16 to 20, 2019 – selection dynamics From January 7 to 31, 2020 – training course.
Once the training course is finished, the multinational plans to hire 5 people. The type and conditions of the contract as well as the accompanying coaching, where we will continue to count on the collaboration of the Foundation Yo puedo, ¿y vos?, Will be defined and communicated later.
The training course, which represents a magnificent opportunity to improve job skills, will consist of the following axes:
– Socio-labor module: competence and transversal development for teamwork, communication with colleagues and boss, and time management during tasks.
– Individualized and weekly monitoring by your coach.
– Individualized technical practices according to the student’s profile.
For the course we are looking for candidates who:
– Are of legal age (over 18 years).
– Have an autism / Asperger diagnosis.
– Have a clear motivation to enter the job market.
-Having a good level of English is also valued positively.
