What can we offer to you?

A core part of Specialisterne’s mission is to provide “training and employment” for people with autism. We want to help you to prepare better for the job market through our training courses, provide you with job opportunities that match yours abilities and interests, and provide you with job coaching to help you develop a successful career.

Part of the success of our model is also based on preparing companies to include neurodiversity in their teams. In one way or another, we all have to adapt to achieve a truly inclusive world of work.

In Brazil, our proposal for people with autism is based on:

training courses

Free courses that involve knowledge in data processing, software testing and programming. We also carry out customized courses according to the company’s needs.

job opportunities

Usually in the field of administrative tasks and technology, but increasingly opening up to other fields. In most cases, these job opportunities are not for a specific area. Through specialized support, we support all processes, seeking to create complete professional careers.

We do this in our office in São Paulo, but thanks to agreements with organizations focused on autism and other companies, we have carried out projects in São Leopoldo/RS, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Hortolândia/SP. Our vocation is, in one way or another, to respond throughout Brazil. We also have the possibility of conducting training courses and complete professional inclusion projects in a 100% online mode, which further opens the door to carrying out projects anywhere or to include people from all over the country in our courses.

Outside Brazil, we are increasingly carrying out training and inclusion projects in countries such as Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Poland or Colombia, with a very similar methodology, but adjusting it to the specific needs of companies for the which we do inclusion projects.
