After many months of preparation<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">s<\/span>, we opened an office in Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, near\u00a0<strong>Barcelona.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The team is made up of Ramon Bernat as Social Investor and Facilitator, Francesc Sistach as Managing Director, and Jose Segundo as Training Director. Lidia Montserrat, Elena Velasco and many other professionals progressively became part of the team which led us to initiate\u00a0<strong>the first course for three people with autism<\/strong>! These were hired in early 2014. Following this event, an office was opened in the capital city of Madrid.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eight years later, we opened offices <strong>in Brazil, Italy and the latest <\/strong><strong>to be opened, Mexico<\/strong>. A team made up of\u00a0<strong>50 professionals all from a total of 5 different offices around the world<\/strong>\u00a0have trained more than\u00a0<strong>600 people with autism or similar diagnoses<\/strong>\u00a0and facilitated the\u00a0<strong>labor inclusion of 423 people<\/strong> in more than 100 companies spread over seven countries: Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, Mexico and Poland. Currently, we are carrying out the first project in Portugal (link) and about to start the first in Colombia, all whilst we come up with numerous actions to eventually take our model to Latin America.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We have also sought\u00a0<strong>to expand the range of people with autism and neurodivergent people<\/strong>\u00a0in general to whom we can give work, exploring new opportunities in our traditional field of computer science and administrative tasks, but also in other more manual or industrial tasks, or very recently in the service industry<strong>, <\/strong><strong>at the hands of<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.casabatllo.es\/equipo-atencion-visitante\/\"><strong>Casa Batll\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>. Throughout Spain we have sought to collaborate with other organizations to carry out projects in \u00c1vila, San Sebasti\u00e1n, Mallorca and, very soon, in Andalusia. Tras muchos meses de preparativos, se empez\u00f3 con una oficina en Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, cerca de\u00a0<strong>Barcelona<\/strong>, y un equipo de\u2026 ni dos personas a tiempo completo: Ramon Bernat como inversor social y facilitador, Francesc Sistach como Director General, y Jose Segundo como Director de Formaci\u00f3n. Pronto se unir\u00edan Lidia Montserrat, Elena Velasco y muchos otros profesionales, y empezar\u00edamos el\u00a0<strong>primer curso para \u00a1tres! personas con autismo<\/strong>, que ser\u00edan contratadas a principios de 2014.\u00a0<strong>Ese mismo a\u00f1o se abri\u00f3 la oficina de Madrid.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ocho a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, desde Espa\u00f1a se ha liderado la\u00a0<strong>apertura de oficinas en Brasil, Italia y, justo ahora, M\u00e9xico<\/strong>. Un equipo de\u00a0<strong>50 profesionales en un total de 5 oficinas<\/strong>\u00a0ha formado a m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>600 personas con autismo y diagn\u00f3sticos similares<\/strong>\u00a0y facilitado la\u00a0<strong>inclusi\u00f3n laboral de 423 personas<\/strong>\u00a0de ellas en m\u00e1s de 100 empresas repartidas por siete pa\u00edses: Argentina, Brasil, Costa Rica, Espa\u00f1a, Italia, M\u00e9xico y Polonia. Y ahora mismo estamos realizando el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/specialisternebrasil.com\/portugal\/\"><strong>primer proyecto en Portugal<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0y a punto de iniciar el primero en Colombia, a la vez que planeamos numerosas acciones para llevar nuestro modelo a toda Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p><p>En paralelo, hemos buscado\u00a0<strong>ampliar el abanico de personas con autismo y neurodivergentes<\/strong>\u00a0en general a las que podemos dar trabajo,\u00a0<strong>explorando nuevas oportunidades<\/strong>\u00a0en nuestro tradicional campo de la inform\u00e1tica y las tareas administrativas, pero tambi\u00e9n en otras tareas m\u00e1s de tipo manual o industrial, o muy recientemente en un\u00a0<strong>entorno muse\u00edstico de la mano de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.casabatllo.es\/equipo-atencion-visitante\/\">Casa Batll\u00f3<\/a><\/strong>. En toda Espa\u00f1a hemos buscado colaborar con otras organizaciones para realizar proyectos en \u00c1vila, San Sebasti\u00e1n, Mallorca y, muy pronto, en Andaluc\u00eda.
