The purpose of training and awareness services is to provide the company, whether in its entirety or in part, with content that helps to understand and include neurodiversity<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Specialisterne<\/strong> has a team of professionals in the areas of psychology, human resources, inclusion and offers specialized support<\/strong> to processes that, based on our client’s needs, allow us to specify and carry out educational and informative actions around the inclusion of neurodiversity<\/strong>, with special focus on autism. <\/span><\/p>\n

The format used can range from open educational sessions to advanced training in HR areas on inclusion of neurodiversity, through workshops and courses for managers and reference person or management on how to properly include a neurodiver in a team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Benefits of including neurodiversity for projects, for the team and for the manager’s own professional career.
